The Senior Manager of Loan Administration provides support for tax, mortgage insurance, insurance and QA operations. The Senior Manager functions includes, but is not limited to: Investor Compliance Monitoring, Tax Disbursements and Penalties, Mortgage Insurance Cancellation, Lender Placed Insurance, Loan boarding validation, Specialty Audits, and Policy and Procedure reviews.



  • Oversees the Loan Administration QA/QC Team to ensure all policies and procedures align with investor requirements and guidelines while maintaining regulatory compliance.

  • Provides guidance and leadership for the Tax, Mortgage Insurance and Insurance Supervisors, Managers, and Staff Level Employees.

  • Responds to investor and customer related escalations timely and determines a root cause analysis.

  • Develops and Delivers departmental productivity reporting to the Director of Loan Administration on an as needed basis.

  • Responsible for the testing, implementation and monitoring of new processes and procedures.

  • Oversees the Loan Administration vendors and is responsible for holding monthly calibration calls to ensure SLA’s are defined and met.

  • Analyze departmental statistical trends and provides guidance to upper management for departmental adjustments or redevelopment.
  • Leads and mentors supervisory staff and team in process improvement methodologies, develops and reinforces their skills and effectiveness.

  • Develops policies, procedures, and workflow documents for operational processes to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations.


  • Three years in Mortgage Servicing, preferably Tax, Insurance, Mortgage Insurance and Loan Administration.

  • Prior experience required directly managing employees or indirectly managing team projects

  • Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills

  • A demonstrated ability to manage operational activities using data to drive decision making

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, SQL a plus

  • Must be familiar with compliance in the FDCPA

  • A demonstrated ability to train and motivate employees

Educational Requirements:

  • 4 year college and/or the equivalent practical work experience required.
